Not a style with sizes. When a pair sells it is gone, and its page stays up as the record of what was sold and how it was described.

Because of that, placing an order is a request for a specific object. If two people reach the same pair at once, one of them gets it and we tell the other straight away rather than taking money for something we cannot send.

Every order is confirmed with you before anything is packed. Until then nothing has been charged and nothing has left.

The price on the page is the price. It is shown in Rs and you pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives.

Delivery is Rs 170 an order, however many pairs are in it. It is shown on the checkout before you place the order and the rider collects it with the pairs. If the courier charges us more than that, we pay the difference.

Prices can change, but never on an order that has already been placed: what you were shown at the time is what is on the order and what the rider collects.

We do not print a price a pair "used to be". If a pair is not selling we lower its price rather than inventing a discount from one it never had.

Every photograph is of that exact pair. The condition rating means the same thing on every listing and the scale is published. Nothing below 5 out of 10 is listed at all.

We do not authenticate footwear and we make no claim about provenance. We print what is marked on the shoe and stop there. If that matters to you, it should matter before you order rather than after.

7 days from the day the parcel arrives, no reason needed, for credit towards another pair rather than cash. The whole policy, including the fee and a worked example.
