Seven days to change your mind
Every pair here has been worn by somebody before you, and you are deciding from photographs. So the decision does not have to be final on the doorstep.
What you get
7 days from the day the parcel arrives. No reason needed. You do not have to explain that it did not suit you, and we will not ask.
What comes back is another pair from the shop, not cash. We are a small shop buying one pair at a time, and a cash refund policy is a promise we could not keep honestly at this size. Saying so plainly is better than discovering it at the point of asking.
What it costs
The value of the returned pair comes back as credit, minus 15% or Rs 500, whichever is greater.
That fee is not a penalty for changing your mind. A courier runs twice, and the pair has to be examined and re-rated by hand before it can go back on the shelf. The floor of Rs 500 exists because 15% of a small price does not cover either of those.
Worked out, with real numbers
You bought a pair for Rs 3,000 and sent it back inside 7 days.
- Fee: Rs 500, the greater of 15% and Rs 500.
- Credit: Rs 2,500.
- You choose a pair at Rs 4,000, so you pay Rs 1,500.
If the new pair costs less than your credit, the remainder stays as credit rather than disappearing.
What we ask of you
Tried indoors, not worn outside. The next person is buying a pair described exactly, and a sole that has been on a road is a different shoe from the one in the photographs.
Keep the box if it came with one, and tell us on WhatsApp before you send it, so we know it is coming.
What happens to the pair
It is examined again and re-rated before it goes back up. If it comes back in a different state from the one it left in, the listing says so, because the next buyer is reading that rating the same way you did.
What this page does not cover yet
Credit is issued against your order number and phone. How long it stays valid is not settled yet, and until it is we will not quote a number here that we might change. Ask on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we are doing today.
