You cannot sign up here and there is nothing to log into. No password of yours exists in this system, so none can leak from it.

That is a design decision rather than a feature we have not built yet. An order is identified by its number and the phone it was placed with.

• Your name.
• Your phone number, so the rider can call and we can message you.
• Your email, so you have a written record of the order.
• Your delivery address, and your city.
• What you bought and what it cost at the time.

That is the whole list. It is kept because an order cannot be delivered, confirmed or exchanged without it, and it is kept for as long as the record of the sale needs to exist.

Cash on delivery only. There is no payment form on this site, nothing that talks to a payment provider, and no card, bank or wallet detail anywhere in this system. Nobody asking you for those in our name is us.

Reserving a pair puts one cookie in your browser. It is a random identifier for the basket itself and it is not tied to you: it does not carry your name, your number or anything you have typed. It exists so the pair you are holding is held for you and not for somebody else.

A reservation lasts 30 minutes and then releases on its own.

We count visitors one day at a time, and we cannot follow anybody from one day to the next. Our own server keeps a note of which page was opened, when, the website you followed a link from if there was one, the city and country your connection appears to be in, and whether it was a phone, a tablet or a computer, with its system and browser named in a word.

To tell two readers apart on the same day, the server mixes the number your internet connection uses and your browser's description with a random value, and keeps only the scrambled result. The number and the description themselves are never kept. The random value is thrown away every night, so after midnight nobody, including us, can work out whose result it was, and if you come back tomorrow you are simply a new visitor. You are one visitor for one day and nothing more.

What is deliberately not in it: your name, your phone, your address, or anything you typed. No cookie is set for this and nothing is stored in your browser.

Nothing is loaded from anybody else to do it. There is no advertising pixel, no third party analytics service, no tracker, and nothing that follows you once you have left. That is also why this page has no banner asking you to accept anything: there is nothing here to accept. If we ever add something that could follow you, it will ask first, and this page will say so on the day it changes.

We do it because every pair here is a single object that disappears when it sells, so knowing which pairs people opened, and roughly where from, is how we decide what to buy next. Knowing who opened them would not help us do that.

The only cookies are the basket one above, and the admin panel's own sign-in cookie, which is ours and not yours.

The courier gets your name, address and phone, because that is how a parcel arrives. Our database and photograph storage are hosted, so the host holds the rows as any host does.

We do not sell your details, rent them, or send them to anybody who is not carrying your parcel. You will not receive marketing from us because you bought something.

Message us on WhatsApp or email orders@premiumwalk.store from the address you ordered with, and we will remove what we can. The record of a completed sale has to stay, for the same reason a receipt does.

If we ever lose control of any of the above, we will say so on this site and message the people affected. Quietly is not an option we are giving ourselves.
